We are a charming detached conservation house, fronted onto Clifton Green. We are situated in a most convenient location within a 10 minute walking distance to the city walls, close to many attractions York has to offer. Our friendly and homely approach makes for a perfect stay while you explore all what the historic city of York has to offer. We will aim to accommodate most requests, just let us know over the phone before hand.

We are in a great location. To get into the heart of the city, it is a 10 minute walk to the city walls or hop on the bus for a short journey to the centre, which can be caught just across the green.
